No. PrivatePDFConvert runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and pdf-lib. Your photos never leave your device — important when the images are scans, IDs, or anything sensitive.

Does it support HEIC photos from iPhone?

Yes, on browsers that can decode HEIC (Safari on iPhone, recent Chrome on Mac). On Android browsers that can't, we fall back with a clear error so you can convert to JPG first.

What page sizes are available?

Letter (8.5×11 in), A4 (210×297 mm), or Auto-fit (each page sized to its image). You can also pick orientation — Portrait, Landscape, or Auto (matches each image).

Will the images be scaled or compressed?

Images are placed at their original resolution and scaled down to fit the page. JPG bytes are passed through to pdf-lib — no re-encoding. PNG is preserved as PNG.

Can I reorder photos before building?

Yes. Each queued image has up/down arrows so you can put them in any order. The output PDF concatenates them in that exact order.
